Born in the swamps of Bugatto village, Kayunga District ,Uganda. Pastor Elijah's life is a living testmony that with God all things are possible.
Elijah is the 4th born among 38 children of Israel Lwamba (RIP) and 3rd born among 11 children of his mother; Esther Najjuka. Born in a poor village home, with nothing to live on, Elijah is the Grandson of George William Bakulumpagi- A former Chief in the Buganda Kingdom in Uganda. He is a muganda by tribe.
Elijah is married to Ruth and they have five (5) biological children. Namely:  Meshach,
Vic Paul, Esther Faith, Emmanuel Terry & David Williams. They presently live in
Kampala , Uganda , East Africa .
